Perot offers the voters very little substantial information on his stand on the issues, but he does offer a change. Americans are tired of the do nothing politics of the the Republican president and the shenanigans of a Democratic congress. This dissatisfaction will help Perot, the independent.

Perot's allegations that the Republican Party has resorted to dirty tactics against him are less than believable and have hurt his credibility. He has also revived old accusations that he was the target of an assassination attempt by the Vietcong and the Black Panthers.

Perot maintains 64 campaign offices and has stated that he would return to the presidential race of the two remaining candidates failed to adequately address the economy. Perot's supporters have established the Independence Party, which could elect its own candidate.
