Expecting improvement
Article Abstract:
Elektromontazni zavody (EZ) (Prague, Czech Republic), wiring installation company, expects a profit of 70 mil Kc in 1998. In 1997 the company generated a profit of 1.7 mil Kc. The 1997 profit was influenced by the necessity to strengthen reserves and by problems with deliveries to the construction of the Temelin nuclear power station. In 1998 EZ should do jobs worth about 800 mil Kc. Deliveries for Temelin should represent about 23% of the sum. One of EZ's most important contracts abroad is the construction of a high-voltage electricity distribution system in Israel.
