FRANCE: MONOPRIX/PRISUNIC LAUNCH BATH RANGE
Article Abstract:
As part of the strategy to make luxury sophisticated-type products available to the general public, and retake the initiative regarding new products, Monoprix and Prisunic have launched a range of 10 bath products (5 soaps and 5 vitamin-enriched bath/shower gels) named 'Etat d'Espirit'. The range is aimed at women who live a hectic city lifestyle and want to relax. Scents include 'cut grass' or 'fig/mandarin', and the range is priced at FFr 10.90 for a 100 gram soap, or FFr 17.90 for 250ml of the bath/shower gel. In 1999, it is expected that the Etat d'Espirit range will be extended with 5 new products including effervescent bath tablets.
