Fat cats in the dock
Article Abstract:
The salaries of the heads of privatized public utilities were made public by the Labor Party. The public is outraged. Prime Min John Major has done nothing to legislate the salary abuses. Labor's Gordon Brown while being outspoken on the big salaries, remains quiet for now on the collapse of Barings Bank.
