Voters re-elected Mongolian Pres Punsalmaagiyn Ochirbat despite the fact that he intends to continue with harsh economic reforms. Mongolia will win a $31 million loan from the International Monetary Fund, but short-term hardships are expected as currency drops and prices rise.
