Football fans set to score financial goal
Article Abstract:
Football clubs could benefit from the strong loyalty from their supporters to offer stakeholder pensions, believe analysts at insurance company Legal & General. The company is already holding talks with various football clubs to target supporters with entry-level pension schemes, for contributions of as little as GB 10 per month. Many football clubs already offer financial products such as home insurance, credit cards and loans. Supporters are attracted by the services, since they want to contribute to the success of their club.
