In an attempt to avert a financial crisis, Ford Motor Co. will offer buyouts to all of its 75,000 workers in North America. Anne Stevens, the top female executive at Ford, has resigned, along with other senior executives. United Auto Workers could lose up to 50,000 members due to buyouts by Ford and General Motors.
