From language learner to multicultural manager
Article Abstract:
Successful multicultural managers are those who not have not only become accomplished in a foreign language but also adapted to the culture of another country. Language and culture are closely linked, and culture is included in certain ways in language lessons. Students of languages can plan for professional careers by becoming fluent in a language, developing analytical and cognitive skills, and showing knowledge of a culture, to enhance their practical competence.

Communication and co-operation on projects between the project owner as principal and the project manager as agent
Article Abstract:
The degree of collaboration between the client and the project manager plays an important role in determining the success of a project. Project owners usually come in the way of project managers and clients, thereby limiting their interaction. The results of an international study into the communication needs on projects are presented.
