The National Lottery draw completed ten years in November 2004 and is viewed, as a source of funding that would improve the quality of life in Britain, boosting the arts, heritage and sport and topping up the budgets of established charities. For architecture and construction industry, the Lottery presented a remarkable windfall, with building projects accounting for a high proportion of the 16 billion pounds sterling provided to the funding bodies since 1994.

Riverside revival
Article Abstract:
Patel Taylor's Putney Wharf development including more than 150 houses and apartments in total, plus restaurants, bars, retailing, health club and offices, is architecturally variegated. For Patel Taylor, the experience of this project was invaluable and it also seems to be an equally positive experience for the client.
