Advertisers are under pressure to match the growing liberal climate among television programs that deal with sensitive issues such as sex, homosexuality, sexual prowess, masturbation and orgasms. However, television programming is way ahead of where advertisers are going as far as sexual content and innuendos are concerned. In fact, sexually themed beer commercials have attracted criticism from some circles, including the Ontario legislature.
