Article Abstract:
Snow Hill Hostel in Birmingham, UK has been refurbished at a cost of 3.8 million pounds sterling. It provides accomodation for 155 homeless men. The project was managed by SHAPE Housing Association and funding was provided by the City Council and Housing Corporation funds. The aim was to provide accomodation on the same level as a 1-star hotel. Rooms now have carpets, vanity units and telephones and the restaurant has been refurbished. There is a doctor's surgery on the ground floor that provides weekly consultations.

Value misjudgements
Article Abstract:
Shares in Internet companies which may not even be profitable are worth a lot of money because of demand for shares and the mystique of the industry. A lot of companies are over-valued, but there is confusion about undervaluation and overvaluation as there is so much uncertainty in the sector.
