Grupo Ferrovial's BAA pares U.K. runway plan

BAA PLC of the United Kingdom plans to build an additional runway at Stansted Airport of London, England. Projections have been reduced by 17.5 percent to 1.4 billion Pounds ($2.74 billion) and 22 percent less land allotment. BAA PLC is an airport operator, subsidiary of Grupo Ferrovial S.A. of Spain.
