SERVEX SET UP INDIAN LIAISON OFFICE IN BANGALORE

Servex, a components and peripherals distributor, has set up its Indian liaison office at Bangalore. The office will be converted into a branch office very soon. The branch office will fall under the purview of Servex (Middle East) Ltd. Servex is setting up the branch office to provide return material authorisation (RMA) service. RMA service assumes importance when dealing with price reductions, product obsolescence and parts repalcement. Servex hopes to do $15 million worth business during 1998. (ag)

The company develops software for retail and wholesale banking, branch automation, electronic banking, trade finance, signature verification, dealer support and financial management.
