AT&T takes a stake in Tellme Networks

AT&T Corp. has made a $60 million (63.3 million euros) investment for a minority share of Tellme Networks Inc. The investment will give AT&T a new business stream on its network. Tellme enables telephone customers to reach information on the Internet.

Drkoop.com Inc. has purchased DrDrew.com for 1.58 million shares in the former. Drkoop also paid $150,000 (174,226 euros) in cash to acquire DrDrew from Sherwood Partners Inc.
