New Delhi, India, is one of the worst cities in the world for air pollution; however, the head of the Centre for Sceince and Environemnt, Anil Agarwal, is determined to fight smog with concepts such as cleaner fuels. New Delhi's air pollution problems and the efforts of Agarwal are discussed.
