Help for seasonal slowdown syndrome
Article Abstract:
Dreary spring days, combined with everyday tension and dietary pitfalls, can stimulate an overproduction of cytokines that leads to depression and fatigue and it can be prevented with some slight change in lifestyle that keeps the cytokine level in check. A smoothie like vitamin D, a nutty snack and a mug of white tea can cut cytokine levels, thus preventing the seasonal slowdown syndrome.
