The Roosevelt legacy

Oct 1996 is Roosevelt History Month, and Roosevelt is the first president to receive such a distinction. Bob Dole, Newt Gingrich and other Republicans are making positive remarks about Roosevelt, which is odd because the former president is the father of big government.
