Article Abstract:
The Institute of Canadian Advertising (ICA) has introduced a Web site, called agencysearch.ca, with a searchable database of advertising firms that are members of ICA in Toronto, Canada. Marketing Magazine as well as the National Post are among the industry publications that will handle marketing for agencysearch.ca.

CRTC extends telemarketing regulations across Canada
Article Abstract:
The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission is enforcing telemarketing regulations throughout the country due to pressure from the Public Interest Advocacy Centre, which claims that the telemarketing regulations are not being enforced. These rules are similar to the Canadian Marketing Assn's code of ethics but the trade group wants the use of automatic dialing and announcing devices for solicitation purposes be allowed.
