Choice and change are the keys to a sustainable future
Article Abstract:
The emerging tall buildings policy should be replaced with one that reviews all buildings, irrespective of its size. Quality should be the most important factor to be considered at the time of constructing the building. New techniques need to be modeled for building appraisal and it should be encouraged more by demonstrating the fact that it makes more commercial sense to make better-design buildings.
