Interactive decision aiding for group decision support

Article Abstract:

An interactive approach to decision analysis in the context of cooperative group decision-making is considered. The decision support methodology, which is based on multicriteria techniques, aggregates the individual and collective preference statements with respect to an evolving hierarchical value model of the decision problem. It employs common value representations to show areas where group members disagree and to narrow down the set of nondominated alternatives as preference statements become more specific in detail.
