International learning: antecedents and performance implications among newly internationalizing companies in an exporting context
Article Abstract:
Three types of learning (market learning, social learning, and technological learning) are examined in companies undergoing international expansion into foreign markets. A firm's external networks with customers and suppliers were found to be key to international performance. Other findings are discussed.
