Into Yugoslavia
Article Abstract:
The time has come when intervention to stop the bloodshed in Bosnia-Herzegovina is the only morally responsible choice the world can make. The problem lies in how to go about it. The time that has already passed has allowed the Serbs to meet almost all of their objectives. Bosnia really does not exist anymore.

Concentrated diplomatic activity on the part of the UN, the US, NATO and others has produced few tangible effects as Bosnia's civil war ended its first full year in Apr 1993. Efforts remain underway to persuade the Bosnian Serb leadership to accept the Vance/Owen peace plan.
