Israel-based Advanced Technology Ltd has introduced two new air traffic control devices to the international market called Atlas and ATL/ATFM, respectively. Atlas furnishes control capability for en route, approach and tower controllers. It features an advanced human/machine interface, which provides extensive track data, special displays and tools for decision support including side views, measurement instruments and sequence-of-arrival. The ATL/ATFM is a planning support system which provides air traffic flow management capabilities.

Era, a Czech Republic-based company that specializes in building Passive Surveillance Systems (PSS), has unveiled VERA-P3D, an enhanced version of the PSS VERA-HME. VERA-P3D is a mid-range surveillance system, which is dedicated to air traffic control purposes and provides 3-D surveillance with 360 degrees coverage. Era claims that the accuracy and processing capacity of the system allows it to be used as Precision Runway Monitor, enabling controllers to identify aircraft track deviations at a distance.
