Philippe Louvet is in charge of the international recruitment at L'Or al, a new department at the French cosmetics giant. The group is also opening technical training units in Singapore, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro, while naming human resources managers in its biggest subsidiaries. By doing so, the group adapts its traditional methods ('oral' culture, personalized contacts, etc.) to the globalization of its business world-wide.
