Legal matters: Allegations of misconduct are a sure sign of dissatisfaction
Article Abstract:
The case "Balfour Beatty v. Kelston Sparkes," in which Beatty fought against the claim of Kelston, its earthwork subcontractor, for almost UKPd2 mil for further work and delay. A construction arbitrator received the case, but Balfour Beatty throught that the arbitrator was involved in misconduct.
