Liquidators of BCCI plan to pay creditors

Bank of Credit and Commerce International's (BCCI) liquidators announced that they will pay an additional $1.2 billion (1.04 billion euros) to its creditors. The defunct bank reached a deal with its former employees.

Ericsson's loss widens on weak demand

Telefon AB L.M. Ericsson posted a 8.3 billion kroner loss in the 2002 fourth quarter, compared to 3.5 billion kroners in losses in the same 2001 period. Ericsson was hurt by weak demand.
