The London Stock Exchange PLC of the United Kingdom has received an offer of acquisition from The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. of the United States for $4.2 billion. Since the overture, shares on the London Stock Exchange PLC have rocketed, nearly doubling. The increase in share value raises the question, are London Stock Exchange PLC stocks undervalued?
