An SEC for London
Article Abstract:
London's stock market needs to have tighter regulations. Ever since self-regulation was imposed by the Financial Services Act of 1988, the securities market has been plagued with corrupt practices. A watchdog group like the US Securities and Exchange Commission is needed.
