Article Abstract:
PALM Publicite Marketing's advertising strategy for the Volkswagen Jetta is built around seduction. The campaign features a couple ready to fall in love with each other, who are more like modern-day versions of Romeo and Juliet. In the first spot of the series, set in medieval times, the woman dreams that she is a knight who is saving her love interest from his pursuers, all the while driving a Jetta. The second spot is also a dream but this time featuring the man. The man, also driving a Jetta, saves a woman from a tower that is on fire.

Quebec gets distinct cheese ads
Article Abstract:
The Dairy Farmers of Canada is launching two new ads that are scheduled for broadcasting in Quebec beginning Sep 15, 2000. The advertising campaign is an entirely different campaign from previous campaigns that were based on campaigns used in English Canada. It is more expensive but is expected to pay off given the people's different tastes in cheese. The 30-second spots were created by Cossette Communication-Marketing.
