Jonh Mack, the new Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley will be paid a one time stock bonus of approximately $27 million and will be paid an annual salary indexed to match four Wall Street peers. The annual salary of these Chief Executive Officers topped $25 million last year, however the amount could be less in 2005 depending on how well Wall Street performs.
