Curious in China
Article Abstract:
There is great curiosity about Chinese consumers, who are generally prepared to try anything once. Foreign manufacturers must pay close attention to ensuring that their brands remain up-to-date if they are to be competitive. They will also have to give more attention to boosting distribution and service networks. There is a mature market for many goods in urban areas, and this will create more difficult business conditions for many suppliers.
