Meta4 of Spain is set to make Easdaq debut

Meta4 will be listed for the first time on the pan-European Easdaq market. Meta4, a rapidly-expanding software firm based in Spain, is the first Spanish stock to be listed on the Easdaq. Meta4 manufactures human resources and knowledge-management software. Some experts question whether or not Meta4 will be able to expand in a struggling enterprise resource product market.

Indra's diversity worries some investors

Spanish technology firm Indras has made an initial public offering of shares. The Spanish government is selling interest in the state-owned company in an attempt to raise an estimated $467.9 million.
