Foreign investment has dropped off considerably in South Korea, but its government seems indifferent and almost encouraging of this capital flight. The government's first priority is to control inflation, and less foreign capital means a more stable currency.

South Korea's economy is not growing as rapidly as it once did, but steady and stable growth is anticipated. Foreign investors are now permitted to to purchase South Korean stocks, which are likely to grow in a dependable manner.
