This article discusses the ways in which the top 20 Best Employers in Asia keep their employees happy. Some of the ways discussed are: giving responsibility, encouraging feedback and treating employees with trust and respect. Pay seems to be less of a consideration.

The nature of effect of product differentiation and market competition on wages and strikes is investigated. A model of wage bargaining with private information in a duopoly is developed to assist the investigation.
