Mooloolah River Fisheries set up in 2000 has facilities like Australian Quarantine and Inspection service, EU - registered processing factory, tuna packhouse, coldstore, ice plant, retail markets, fuel supply and a 40 vessel berthing and unloading facility. The details of the fish and other sea food available at Mooloolaba port are presented.

YemenEs $30m fish project

Yemen has opened a $30 million fishing harbor and processing factory with collaboration from Yemini Fish Co. Ltd. and fish consultant MacAlister Elliott & Partners of England. The new vessels which are part of the project will have catch monitoring and registration systems.
