New members for M&A Partners
Article Abstract:
New management appointments have been announced at M&A Partners, the corporate finance boutique organisation. The new chairman is Henrik Audon who previously worked in Denmark at the Holtug Audon Trap boutique. London-based Cavendish Corporate Finance and Hamburg-based Angermann & Partners have joined as new partners at M&A. There are over 45 partners, covering both North and South America, Asia and Europe. M&A Partners was founded in 1986 and it focuses particularly on mergers and acquisitions within the industrial sector.

Article Abstract:
PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services has been created following the merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand in July 1998. The merged unit has been involved in the 620 million pound sterling acquisition of Unipoly from BTR by Legal & General Ventures; the 860 million pound disposal of IPC Consumer Magazines to Cinven; and the 700 million pound acquisition of Watmoughs/BPC.
