NTT's disengaged tone
Article Abstract:
Nippon Deshin Denwa KK's financial standing is going downhill. Shares have fallen precipitously and foreigners have been invited to purchase and trade stock at an initial ceiling of 20% of equity which may be increased if the need arises. The once powerful Japanese company has become a partially privatized firm. There are conjectures that it might be reorganized into 11 regional companies.
