Nikkei rally could be the real thing

Japan's securities market is posting an increase of 4.3 percent in the past eight trading sessions and 13.4 percent since May on the Nikkei 225 Index. Although the Tokyo stock market has been down and underperforming all the major markets except the United States, great increases are forecast if buoyed by a stable Japan economy.
