The 40 Under 40 Awards that honors promising young architects with an age criterion of under 40, tends to overlook architects between the age group of 25-35 since the majority of applicants are between 35 and 40. The age 25-35 being the formative years of architectural careers, a new breed of talented and innovative practices are seeking new ways to interact with clients and forging new avenues for the profession.
