The possible cuts: defence spending
Article Abstract:
The Clinton administration's proposed $274 billion US defense budget for FY 1994 does contain some real cuts, but further cuts are expected to be put forward after the administration finishes its military policy review. Many large weapons programs will be cut eventually.
