Article Abstract:
The PLO has stated that it no longer seeks Israel's destruction, and new Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin indicated that he did not advocate controlling the entire West Bank and Gaza. The PLO, however, was angry when Israel got its loan guarantees from the US.

The Palestine Liberation Organization and other Palestinian groups are feuding on the issue of status and who speaks for the Arab-Israeli at the peace talks. Many do not want other countries, such as Syria, to negotiate separate settlements.
