A woman diagnosed with breast cancer turned to prayer and found herself healed by her faith. She prayed almost incessantly in the three weeks before surgery to remove the lump on her breast and basked in the power of prayer after her surgeon declared her cancer-free after her operation.

Newton-John found a lump in her breast in Jun 1992 that a biopsy proved to be malignant. After cancer removal and breast reconstruction surgery in Jul 1992, the singer underwent chemotherapy. Her attitude toward life has changed and she hopes to resume her career.
