Queen of whisky
Article Abstract:
Whisky should not be regarded as just a man's drink, according to whisky connoisseur Eileen Ogle. She is extremely knowledgeable about whisky, and is one of only 11 whisky experts in Hong Kong to be appointed a 'Keeper of the Quaich.' She was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and trained as a nurse in Singapore, but since the second half of the 1980s has acted as food and wine consultant for the Oliver's chain of stores in Hong Kong. She takes care not to be bound by convention, and believes that red wine can be drunk with many different sort of fish.

The dabbler
Article Abstract:
Actor Jackie Chan has become extremely famous and wealthy through his film roles. However, his business ventures seem to lack a clear strategy, and have been considerably less successful. He has an ambivalent attitude towards business, and is really not very interested in making a great deal of money. In contrast, experts believe that there is great potential for his name to be a very powerful marketing tool. Any future business success may come first in the US, where Chan has taken on William Morris Agency to represent him.
