The development of a best practice model for change management
Article Abstract:
The development of a practical model for change management is considered, based on a combination of best practices from several organisations. The five key success factors for successful change, commitment, communication, tools, methodology and interactions and social and cultural issues, are emphasized. It is concluded that the model can provide a structured and measurable technique for managing change.

'Doing an Alexander': lessons on leadership by a master conqueror
Article Abstract:
The factors that bring effective leadership along with factors that contributes to leadership derailment are explored. For this purpose lessons taught by Alexander were included as it includes compelling vision, role of strategic innovation along with the importance of well-structured systems of organizational governance.
