Identity versus culture in mergers of equals
Article Abstract:
Organizational identity as an influential factor in determining the extent of the difficulty faced by firms in the integration process is examined. In addition, a distinction between organizational identity and culture, identifying the role that each plays in influencing integration and other outcomes in mergers and acquisitions are presented.

The reputation index: measuring and managing corporate reputation
