Article Abstract:
The GPA Group Ltd. is planning to go public in June 1992. With 400 aircraft in service and 500 more planned, the aircraft leasing company would seem like a good investment. Current shareholders plan to take advantage of the stock flotation to recoup their investment which may make the offering difficult to finance.
