Russia reverses raw material drain - plant to process Canadian shrimp
Article Abstract:
Traditionally Russia has been a raw seafood exporter, and processed seafood importer. The trend has changed with the Lydovo group of companies' purchase of a modern seafood factory in Svetlyi in Kaliningrad province. The company is now purchasing shrimps on contract from Canada, which is processed in Russia for local consumption. The project details are furnished.

Outboard diesels jump in power
Article Abstract:
The salient features of three new diesel outboard engines that have been launched in the market are discussed. These are based on existing two-stroke outboards. Two of these engines are developed by US based Bombardier on Evintrude and one of them is based on UK based E.P. Barrus model on a Mariner. The efficacy of these engines is discussed.
