SAMLET NEJ TIL ROUNDUP FRA DETAILHANDLEN
Article Abstract:
The two major Danish supermarket chains Dansk Supermarked and FDB are to stop purchasing flour and grain which have been produced with the use of the pesticide Roundup. FDB has introduced the ban already from this autumn as regards its own flour brands, and Dansk Supermarked requests a guarantee from next autumn that Roundup is not used. The major Danish flour producer Havnem llerne requests that up to one fourth of its grain purchases, which total 700,000 tonnes, are produced without the use of Roundup.
