Yorkshire's private equity market is dominated by public-to-private transactions, together with secondary buyouts and 'buy and build' deals. The buyout market is increasingly split by size and type of deal and Yorkshire's successful private equity houses will be those which proactively capture deals and find themselves a niche market.
