Seller, beware
Article Abstract:
The British Financial Services Authority (FSA) is examining the possible misselling of certain financial products such as endowment mortgages. This follows an investigation into the mis-selling of pensions. There is a high level of dependency on personal pensions in Britain, and a high level of home ownership. The FSA was set up by the Labor government, which promised to deal with the issue of how financial services should be regulated, before it came to power.
